How do I browse the shop?
When you browse through categories in the shop, products will be listed on the page. A product title, short description, price will be shown there and if selected, an advertising discount and thumbnail picture.When you click on the product title in the product browsing view, the product detailed view appears.
In the product detailed view you see the product title, detailed description, product options and detailed images. Here you can select product options, quantity etc. and add the product to your shopping cart.

Do the prices include V.A.T.?
Yes all of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
How much is the Carriage for your products?
Carriage has been set at a competive price.
Generally courier deliveries are used for the UK mainland, althoiugh Royal Mail may be available on some lower value items.
Next day delivery is usually possible, providing the order is recieved before our cut off time.
Are my credit card details safe?
YES, this site uses a payment gateway which means we do not see or hold any customer card details.
All card information is held and processed from a secure server environment hosted and managed by our paynent gateway.

As with any online transaction, customers should always check to see if there is a padlock in the status bar of your browser. On this site, you will only notice the padlock during submission of your credit card details Thus giving you piece of mind.
Q: Is the shopping cart easy to use?
The shopping cart is easy to use. It is Powered by the popular X- Cart system. You can see how many items you have in the shopping cart and the total amount of the order. If available Registered customers can also add items to the wish list. The shopping cart is located on the right panel and you may view your order or check out whenever you want.
When a you add an item to the shopping cart, or click View cart on the Side bar shopping cart - the Items form appears. Here you can view items in the shopping cart or modify the order.

Q: Are the sizes accurate?
Every effort has been made in keeping the sizes up to date but unfortunately manufacturers can sometimes change specification without notifying ourselves. 4XL will not be held responsible for any errors in the sizes. The same can be said of the images they should not be used as a perfect representation of colour, as every monitor will display them differently never the less they are a useful guide.
If you find a mistake in size or colour and you feel it is a major one, please let us know so that we can ammend the products details as soon as possible
